Group Vice President

A company is looking for a Group Vice President (East).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a regional team of approximately 10 direct reports

Drive strategic initiatives to expand market share and revenue growth

Oversee day-to-day operations while aligning with corporate objectives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in fasteners, industrial distribution, or related industries

Executive-level management experience with P&L responsibility preferred

Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver results

Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen

East Coast location strongly preferred; hybrid remote flexibility available
