Senior Manager, Operations Analytics

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial & Operations Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for financial, operational, and commercial KPIs

Support cross-functional teams with analytics and track key performance metrics

Standardize KPI definitions and identify process improvements for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

7+ years of experience in commercial finance and operations analytics roles

Strong SQL expertise and technical skills in Power BI and Excel

Proven ability to design KPI frameworks and deliver executive-level reporting

Strong understanding of financial statements and operational metrics
