• Strategic Project Management : Ensure projects are completed on time, uphold top-notch quality, and achieve profitability goals.
• Client Relationship Management : As a brand ambassador, exceed client expectations, embodying and enhancing our company’s values and reputation.
• Collaboration : Partner with the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and project team to ensure seamless execution.
• Financial Management : Own the process of monthly payment applications—submit on time, ensure prompt payments, and follow up diligently.
• Document Control : Oversee and update project documents—shop drawings, addendums, RFIs—with accuracy and timeliness to keep contractors and the team aligned.
• Business Development : Participate in activities that drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
• Safety Compliance : Champion OSHA regulations and safety practices to maintain a secure work environment.
• Onsite Supervision : Coordinate scheduling, engineering, material control, and administrative functions to keep operations on track.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a successful outcome that meets quality expectations.
• Documentation : Manage as-built drawings and O&M documentation for clear and accurate handoff to stakeholders.
