Orthopedic Associates of Central Jersey, a premier private practice affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health, is seeking to employ a Board Certified / Board Eligible, fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join their well-established and growing team. The practice has locations in Edison and Old Bridge, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful private group while being a member of the expanding Hackensack Meridian Health network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and strong communication with a commitment to outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive clinical and surgical care for patients with foot and ankle conditions.
• Perform surgery at affiliated Hackensack Meridian Health hospitals, including Old Bridge Medical Center, JFK University Medical Center, and / or Raritan Bay Medical Center.
• Manage an outpatient practice at both the Edison and Old Bridge office locations.
• Participate in a shared call schedule.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty orthopedic team to ensure a high standard of patient care.

Minimum Base Salary : $470k

Skills : Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.

Geographic Location : Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.

Internal Equity : Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and / or sub-specialty.

Budget and Grant Funding : Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
