FLSA Status : Salary Exempt Full-Time Position, Grant-Funded (for one-year post-hire, with extension possible
Job Overview :
- This role will be based at the Northern Kentucky Area Development District, which serves as the fiscal agent for the Safety Net Alliance of Northern Kentucky.
- The Program Implementation and Operations Manager oversee day-to-day operations, supports partner engagement, and manage internal communications.
- Additionally, this role leads the rollout and adoption of the Care Suite / 211 platform across Northern Kentucky.
- As the primary liaison among SNA members and United Way, the Manager ensures successful implementation, system optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead CareSuite / 211 rollout and partner onboarding.
- Provide strategic and technical support to partners. Track metrics and support system improvement.
- Serve as liaison with United Way and member agencies.
- Oversee daily operations and record-keeping.
- Support grant reporting and budgeting.
- Supervise interns and volunteers.
- Manage communications, newsletters, and inquiries.
- Organize convenings, events, and committee meetings.
- Coordinate affinity group initiatives (e.g., housing, food access).
- Work with board and committees to implement strategic goals.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.3–5 years’ experience in nonprofit coordination or systems implementation.(Overall experience considered in lieu of degree).Familiarity with referral / data systems (CareSuite / 211 preferred).Strong communication, tech, and organizational skills.Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.Reliable transportation is required.Experience with volunteer-led coalitions, training, or facilitation.Commitment to equity and cross-sector collaboration.Excellent benefits package :
