  • About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Development and Partnerships to enhance its fundraising efforts and engage new audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing strategies that inspire donors to support the organization's mission. This includes maintaining and growing the annual budget, with a focus on expanding revenue streams beyond traditional sources. The role involves organizational leadership, providing support to the CEO and Board of Directors, and leading a team to ensure long-term, diversified fund development. The Vice President will also be the leading front-line fundraiser, managing relationships with major donors, and designing creative donor engagement strategies.

A proven track record in securing six- and seven-figure gifts and experience in creating major gift programs is essential. The role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, the ability to work closely with a Board of Directors, and a demonstrated success in team management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a willingness to support colleagues in meeting their goals, are also key attributes for this position.
