This healthcare facility operates a 28-bed stepdown unit providing intermediate care for patients requiring close monitoring but not intensive care services. The facility maintains 24 / 7 in-house hospitalist coverage with intensivist support and features comprehensive support services including respiratory therapy and pharmacy available around the clock. The organization is known for excellent leadership communication and flexible scheduling options, creating a supportive work environment for nursing staff.
