POWER WASHER

Maintenance Technician

Purpose : Responsible for power washing and general maintenance of company sites across the assigned area. With direction from the Director of Maintenance, perform other maintenance duties.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide general maintenance assistance to ensure all company sites adhere to the company's appearance standards
• Interior / exterior painting, general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Travel to all company sites across the area to pressure wash building exteriors and surrounding areas
• Perform basic painting and related tasks to interior and exterior areas across sites
• Assist with general site maintenance such as basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing light bulbs, air filters, and cleaning coils
• Coordinate with maintenance and store management on equipment deliveries
• Other duties as assigned.
