A typical day includes :

• Recruiting tax associate candidates and keeping them engaged from application to start date.
• Executing recruiting calling campaigns for new and experienced tax professionals.
• Coordinating and assisting with interviews for receptionists and associate team leaders.
• Supporting tax office associates with continuing education requirements, increasing certification levels, and client care training.
• Planning and preparing for virtual or in-person tax office open houses.
• Assisting in the execution of ready to serve activities.
