What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.

Assist with the implementation and enforcement of site-specific security-related procedures and protocols.

Provide customer service by addressing questions and / or concerns from staff, visitors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at access points in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Assist in documenting and reporting any unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity at entry and / or exit points.

Collaborate with Allied Universal management and on-site staff to support a secure environment for logistics and distribution operations.

Conduct periodic inspections of entry and / or exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
