Legal Translator and Editor

A company is looking for an English to Brazilian Portuguese - Legal (Judiciary) Translator and / or Editor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal translation and editing services for a U.S. Government client

Ensure accurate use of legal and technical terminology in translations

Utilize CAT tools for translation and editing tasks

Required Qualifications

Three years of experience in providing legal language services to governmental clients

Bachelor's degree in a foreign language, linguistics, or a comparable field

Extensive experience in legal language services

Proficiency in using CAT tools, with preference for Trados experience

U.S. citizenship and willingness to undergo security clearance processing
