Teller / Member Experience Representative

Location : You may work in any of the following counties, based on operational need : Marion, Harrison, or Monongalia County, WV. Job Type : Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 37 Hours Per Week Starting Pay : From $16 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a caring, solution-minded Member Experience Representative (Teller) to provide highly-personalized service to our members across branch locations. This is a customer-facing role ideal for those who enjoy helping people, building relationships and working in a respectful, inviting and individually rewarding environment.

What You'll Do :

• Be solution-minded by listening, genuinely caring about and quickly addressing individuals' needs and requests.
• Serve members from various locations such as lobby counter, office area or drive-thru.
• Identify members' needs and recommend the best financial solutions.
• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and payments.
• Maintain and balance assigned cash drawer within established policies and procedures.
• Open and maintain accounts, debit cards, term share certificates and online banking services.
• Perform duties related to member eServices, such as troubleshooting online banking or debit card issues.
• Maintain knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, policies, procedures and regularity requirements.
