Legal Specialist II

A company is looking for a Legal Specialist II - Commercial Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Generate initial contracts from Legal Department forms for business clients and communicate with them

Provide project management assistance in the commercial contracting process

Prepare standard contract revisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related experience

Experience in a large law firm or legal department is desirable

Familiarity with legal concepts, practices, and procedures

Ability to work independently

Strong research and computer skills
