Product Analyst

Position Overview : We are looking for a Provia ViaWare WMS Version 5.5 (Now an Infor company Product) Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for our warehouse management operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth system operations by analyzing issues, documenting findings, and coordinating with database administrators and developers for resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for Provia ViaWare WMS-related issues within warehouse and logistics operations.
• Debug and analyze system issues by reviewing log files and running queries to identify potential root causes.
• Document issues clearly with detailed findings and submit to the DBA or development team for further action.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely resolution of system incidents.
• Assist in validating fixes and enhancements, ensuring they align with business and operational needs.
• Maintain a knowledge base of known issues, resolutions, and best practices for operational staff.
• Support system updates, patches, and upgrades by conducting functional testing and reporting results.
• Provide guidance and basic training to warehouse and transportation staff to improve system adoption and reduce recurring issues.
