Reports To : QC Lab Manager.

Ready to take your lab career to the next level? Kdc / one is looking for a QC Lead to help drive excellence in our lab operations and ensure our products meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead day-to-day operations in the QC Lab, supporting both analytical and microbiology testing.
• Coach and mentor lab staff to meet performance goals and uphold quality standards.
• Review product testing results and communicate any out-of-spec findings.
• Maintain lab equipment and inventory and recommend upgrades to boost efficiency.
• Conduct investigations into lab errors, safety incidents, and quality deviations.
• Oversee training to ensure all lab staff follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and cGMPs.
• Test incoming raw materials and finished products using equipment like GC, HPLC, and FTIR.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis and manage product releases in SAP.
• Collaborate across departments to improve lab processes and support special projects.
