Crouch Staffing Solutions is hiring for a Welder to work in a Waco area manufacturer.

Job Title : Welder

Job Status : Full Time

Job Location : Waco, TX 76710

Work Hours : M-F 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 pm

JOB DUTIES : will include but not limited to :

Perform structural welds via Stick and MIG Welding methods

Frequently use plasma cutter, acetylene torch, and wire feed

Read blueprints

Use calipers, tape measure etc.

Use Chop Saw, Cold Saw, and band saw

Drive Forklift

  • Keep the workspace clean and organized while adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Good listening skills and cooperative attitude.
  • Critical eye towards product quality and measurements.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints.
  • Experience with hand tools, measuring tape and machinery.
  • Knowledge of various welding techniques – Stick and MIG.
