SENIOR / VETERAN DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Senior Sales Representative at Axiom Eco-Pest Control, you’ll lead from the front — closing contracts, mentoring new reps, and setting the pace for your team’s success. This is a year-round role for proven performers who know how to win in the field and inspire others to do the same. What You’ll Do
Lead by example through daily sales execution and team production
Recruit, train, and mentor entry-level reps during peak season
Manage territories and performance data via FieldRoutes CRM
Partner with leadership to set goals, refine pitch quality, and grow market share
Participate in incentive contests, performance reporting, and team development
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or GED required; college graduates encouraged
Experience : 1-5 years in sales leadership or direct sales management

Skills :
Proven performer with documented top sales results or achievements in previous D2D roles (e.g., revenue earned, contracts sold, team rankings, or awards)
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities — capable of training, motivating, and developing sales teams
Data-driven decision maker with experience managing KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance dashboards
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional presence
Highly organized with strong territory management and strategic planning abilities
Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals in competitive, fast-paced environments
