Job Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented fellowship trained hematologist oncologist to join AdventHealth Medical Group supporting our expansion of services to the programmatic Group in Colorado. This position would manage a variety of Hematologic and Oncologic conditions.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification / eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Access to research, clinical trials (including Phase 1) tumor boards and multidisciplinary care consisting of nurse navigators, chaplains, social workers, palliative medicine and surgery.
• Supporting our expansion of services to the programmatic growth
• NAPBC and INCP accreditations from the American College of Surgeons and Commission of Cancer
• Team player with patient-first mindset
• Ability to collaborate closely with consultants and support staff
• Current DEA Licensure
• Committed and collaborative hospital leadership team
• Collegial cross-coverage
• Successful busy practice with a large, established patient base - See between 15-20 patients per day
