Responsibilities :

• Process weekly payroll for 50–75 employees
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports electronically to the DIR
• Manage payroll taxes and Workers’ Comp administration
• Dispatch workers and maintain accurate employee records
• Track subcontractor certified payroll and Skilled & Trained reports
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage regulations and Department of Industrial Relations requirements
