Position Title:* AI Adoption Lead
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
Position Overview:
This is a Trainer position focused on AI. It is not an IT role, but rather one that resides within the HR department. The role has been created due to company growth and the increasing prevalence of AI in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions to help employees integrate AI into their daily work.
- Provide coaching on best practices for using AI effectively.
- Lead initiatives to promote AI usage within the organization.
- Will develop into a subject matter expert in the area of AI for the bank.
Candidate Profile:
- An ideal candidate is someone with training experience, particularly in AI, who is capable of learning and evolving into an AI expert.
- Candidates with excessive IT experience may not fit well, as this position requires a focus on training rather than technical implementation.
- Banking experience is prefered not a requirement.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in Training and exposure to AI/ML technologies (especially Generative AI tools like Google Workspace/Gemini) or demonstrated experience in leading technology adoption initiatives.
Reporting Structure:
This position will report to the Vice President, Learning & Development Manager, within the Human Capital unit.
