Drive Sales Growth & Lead a High-Performing Team
Are you passionate about coaching and developing sales teams? As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead, train, and mentor our domestic Inside Sales Representatives to strengthen their skills and drive business growth. You'll collaborate closely with the Manager of USA Sales to implement effective sales strategies and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Your Role and Responsibilities
How to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need :
3-5 years of experience in a sales-related role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or managing a sales team and / or call center team.
Strong leadership, coaching, and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proven ability to drive sales performance, develop talent, and improve processes.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for making informed, data-driven decisions.
A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with professionalism and discretion.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% for team development and industry events.
