The Charter Oak is a highly acclaimed new-American restaurant boasting 250+ seats, multiple Private Event venues, a multi-faceted team and our own 3.5 acre Farm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a restaurant professional that is seeking professional growth and the ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic work environment.

An ideal candidate is...

• Comfortable interacting with guests and members of our community
• Able to multi-task and function well under pressure
• Has some experience using reservations software and / or quick to learn and utilize these programs
• Understanding of the basic functions of a high volume, upscale casual restaurant
• A team-oriented individual, willing to contribute to the success of everyone within the organization
• Eager and proactive about learning and understanding our product
