What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations within the transportation environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and authorization for entry as required within the transportation setting.Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or hazards to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or site management.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter disruptive behavior and provide reassurance to passengers and staff within the transportation location.Operate communication devices to coordinate with Allied Universal team members and local authorities as needed.Support emergency response efforts and participate in drills as required by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal procedures.What We're Looking For :
