Join the Dahl Automotive family as a Parts Advisor at Dahl Ford in Onalaska WI and become a part of our growing business! In this position you will use your customer service and organizational skills to assist our technicians and customers in getting the correct parts for their vehicles repairs and needs. Previous automotive parts experience is preferred but not necessarily required. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position.

Main responsibilities and contributions :

• Responsible for assisting guests in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Work with technicians to ensure they have the parts needed to complete vehicle repairs.
• Must be able to work manufacturer catalogs and DMS systems to determine the correct parts and pricing.
• Process and close open invoices
• Must maintain a high level of service and urgency for all internal departments.
• Must maintain a high level of guest satisfaction over the phone and on the counter.
