Executive Assistant – Venture Capital
A leading Venture Capital firm is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support a few Partners in their growing NYC office, along with supporting the firm with various strategic and operational tasks as assigned.
Located in Flatiron NYC – 5 days / week in office
Hours : 8 : 30am-6pm, responsive if needed after hours
Salary range : 120-145k base range + discretionary bonus + fully paid benefits, free lunch, 401k, PTO
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience within venture capital, hedge fund, or a venture-backed start-up environment
- Degree required
- Tech savvy – strong skills within Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate superior attention to detail in all areas of responsibility
- Ability to be client-facing – top-notch verbal and written, professional communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
Provide daily EA support for 3 PartnersHeavy Google scheduling / complex calendar management and support, including anticipating needs and supporting general meeting prep, daily schedule maintenance, etc.Plan and schedule global travel, accommodations, and other reservationsManage expensesLiaise with founders, co-investors, venture firm partnersSupport in build out and maintenance of firm’s CRMAd hoc project supportDevelop and maintain comprehensive schedules for conferences, company earnings, board meetings and other key events that inform Partners’ day-to-day activitiesCollaborate with, and provide back-up coverage for, other members of the Administrative Team as requiredNo Personal Assistant support requiredPlease share your resume to apply!
