Perform routine maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, filter replacements, and system troubleshooting. Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues and complete accurate repairs. Maintain high-quality workmanship and adhere to manufacturer standards and dealership guidelines. Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure an excellent customer experience. Stay current with GM training requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices. Document all repair work clearly and efficiently. Previous experience as an automotive or diesel technician is required, with dealership or GM experience preferred. GM Diesel Certification or GM training is preferred, but if you have strong foundational skills, we offer full GM training and certification programs for qualified candidates. Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot diesel engines and vehicle systems. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Ability to work efficiently, follow repair processes, and maintain a high level of accuracy. Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
