Location : Boca Raton, Florida

As our Luxury Staging Inventory Specialist at REH Interiors, you’ll be the careful steward who ensures every treasured piece is packed, transported, and presented flawlessly.

We are a luxury staging and interior design studio serving high-end properties throughout South Florida. A Day in This Role

  • Meticulously pack and unpack furniture and décor using methods that protect each item.
  • Label, catalog, and track inventory so any team member can locate any piece in minutes.
  • Keep the Décor Center organized for fast, reliable access to all materials.
  • Join on-site installations : make beds with precision, place décor with intention, and break down with care.
  • Inspect items regularly; flag wear, damage, or concerns immediately.
  • Maintain spotless storage spaces to preserve quality.

What Success Looks Like

  • Zero damage across inventory valued at $50K+ per staging project through expert handling.
  • A Décor Center where items can be found within two minutes—every time.
  • Consistent support for 8–12 staging installations each month with complete accountability of items.
  • 5-star feedback from the staging team on condition, readiness, and organization.

  • Experience & Requirements

  • 1–2 years in packing / organizing (luxury retail, art handling, or similar preferred).
  • Proven skill handling fragile or high-value items.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
  • Reliable transportation to move between the Décor Center and staging sites.
  • Part-time availability : 15–25 hours per week, with occasional weekends.
