Guest Service & Hospitality
Deliver food promptly and accurately to guest tables.
Present dishes with knowledge of menu items and assist servers in answering guest questions when needed.
Ensure all plates are presented neatly, at the correct temperature, and with proper accompaniments.
Support servers in anticipating guest needs by monitoring tables and refilling water, beverages, or condiments as appropriate.
Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
Assist servers in resetting and clearing tables quickly to maximize table turnover.
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure food orders are expedited efficiently and delivered to the correct guests.
Operational Support
Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, ensuring trays, silverware, and glassware are prepared and stocked.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with Nevada health regulations.
Assist with to-go orders, packaging, and running food to the host stand when necessary.
Support large parties, VIPs, and special events by coordinating timing and service with the team.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred, but not required.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and dining service preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry trays or items up to 30 lbs.
Ability to move quickly and navigate a busy dining room safely.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits : 12 / hr + tip pool / share
