Job Description :
The Order Entry Representative will support operational efficiency by accurately entering and maintaining customer orders. This role involves close coordination with field teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accurate, timely processing of cabinetry and related product orders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Input new work orders and customer selections into internal systems
- Track and update delivery and installation schedules
- Ensure purchase orders reflect correct pricing based on client contracts
- Collaborate with field teams to revise orders based on job site measurements
- Communicate with clients to clarify missing or incomplete information
- Process change requests and maintain organized records
- Maintain accuracy across email and order tracking systems
- Perform administrative duties to support order workflow as needed
Qualifications :
12 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative rolesHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredBackground in construction, home improvement, or cabinet production a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlinesCustomer-first approach and a problem-solving mindsetBilingual (Spanish / English) is a plusWillingness to be trained on company software systemsAdditional Details :
