Job Duties :

• Processes and enters all A / P invoices and expense reports into QuickBooks, including ensuring correct GL account coding for multiple entities
• Review of accounts payable agings
• Make timely electronic or check payments to vendors, including payment advices
• Reconciling of monthly vendor statements
• Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports
• Responsible for managing payroll processing for multiple entities, ensuring employees are paid accurately and timely by calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, maintaining payroll records, and adhering to all relevant tax and payroll regulations
• Maintain vendor and employee files

Minimum Job Qualifications :

Pay Rate : $ 30.00 per hour
