Job descriptionProven experience as a creative culinarian and head chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment Some event experience a plus Strong leadership and communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and works well with autonomy Ability to maintain a positive and professional approach under pressure Knowledge and expertise of food safety and sanitation regulations Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation Manage and train kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to schedules and procedures Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and control costs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area Collaborate with the restaurant management team Maintain a positive working environment and foster teamwork among kitchen staff
