• Pain Management
• Cardiac Monitoring
• Cardiac Care
• Post-operative vascular surgery care / Recovery
• Neurological, neurovascular, orthopedic care
• Gastrointestinal care
• Pulmonary / respiratory care
• Genitourinary / renal care
• Enteral Nutrition
• Skin assessment / care
• Central Venous catheter care and maintenance
• Specialized IV Drips / Titration
• Medication administration
• Information Management
• IV Therapy
• IVADD
• Transfusion Therapy
• Invasive Monitoring
• Waive Testing
• Sedation
• Assist with specialized procedures
• Use specialized equipment in the care of critically ill patients
• Manages Code Blue in the May Tower / Pediatrics
• Admission / discharge criteria
• Troubleshooting
• Infection Control
• Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy
• Manages Code Blue for inpatient areas
• Attends all mandatory education and in-services HCRK Job Title - RN ICU Certifications - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC (preferred) Active KY or Compact RN License Requirements - Must have 2 years of RN ICU experience.
