Cox Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Multi-Spindle Machining Expert . The ideal candidate for this role takes ownership, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and is self-driven.

Position Overview : We are looking for an expert with either Tornos or Gildemeister Multi-spindle who can provide technical leadership on multi-spindle machines and automatic bar loaders such as Cucchi and Lemca. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in machine setup, operation, and maintenance, as well as being detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, and setup high-volume, precision, production using Tornos AS14 & SAS 16, Gildemeister multi-spindle machines, and automatic bar loaders such as Cucchi and Iemca
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Provide training and guidance to junior setup personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
