Job description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Creative and Marketing teams with a short-term digital asset project. This role will focus on reconciling and organizing our digital asset library to ensure accuracy and alignment between our Dropbox digital files and product images on our website.

Responsibilities

Review and organize digital assets within Dropbox
Re-name and structure photo files according to established naming conventions
Reconcile product photos in Dropbox with assets displayed on the company website
Identify missing or duplicate assets and escalate for resolution
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of final files

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working with large sets of digital files

Basic technical proficiency with Dropbox or similar digital asset management tools

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy

Must be available to work onsite in Sapulpa, OK and during regular business hours for the duration of the project
