Job descriptionPlanning, overseeing, and executing nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. day-to-day nursing activities to guarantee residents receive top-quality care consistently. Collaborating with the Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support provisions for shifts. Coordinating nursing activities in alignment with medical requirements, physician directives, and general care plans. Ensuring adequate relief staff availability before leaving the facility and notifying residents' personal physicians in case of significant changes in their condition or immediate medical care needs. Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Previous Experience as a RN Charge Nurse preferred Registered Nurse Licensed Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university; BSN preferred. Current active license in the State of Connecticut as Registered Nurse with at least two years of nursing. Point Click Care software proficiency
