Express Employment is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Toledo, OH. This role is essential in supporting the maintenance operations during the overnight shift, ensuring that all equipment and machinery function effectively to meet production goals. Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on industrial machinery during the 3rd shift
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform timely troubleshooting and repairs
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records
Collaborate with the day shift maintenance team to address any ongoing issues
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification preferred

2+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, specifically on 3rd shifts

Ability to work independently during 3rd shift hours

Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

Familiarity with utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics

Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations in an industrial environment

Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation

Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
