Primary shift : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm.

May also work secondary shift : 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.

General Summary :

• The LPN works under the general supervision of the Practice Supervisor, an Ambulatory RN or other licensed provider to deliver excellent patient care completing the duties and responsibilities of the position while complying with the HIPAA and CVPH confidentiality policies.
• Responsible to manage patient flow while supporting physician(s) to ensure efficient use of their time and minimize patient wait time.
• Responsible to perform operational and quality / risk management duties according to regulations and protocols.
• The position requires regular use of independent judgment to interpret and apply policies, procedures and practices.
