Startup Account Executive - Healthcare {$150K OTE}

Fresh off a $20M growth investment from Edison Partners, NPHub is solving one of the most critical bottlenecks in healthcare : helping Nurse Practitioner (NP) students secure the placements they need to graduate. Our core marketplace is thriving, and our new SaaS product, NPHire, is taking off fast with healthcare employers.

You’ll play a defining role in building the go-to-market motion from scratch. You won’t just carry a quota, you’ll shape how we sell, how we win, and how we grow. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, craves impact, and is ready to bring energy, grit, and creativity every day. You’ll work directly with the executive team, landing new logos, testing approaches, and helping us create a repeatable sales playbook that scales.

Responsibilities :

• As a self-starter, you will quickly and effectively establish key relationships with decision-makers
• Selling a new hiring platform for Nurse Practitioners
• You will drive for results with a “hunter” mentality, meeting to meet revenue objectives
• You will also provide weekly reporting and pipeline management
• Complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with the forecasting cadence.
• You will also serve as the Voice of the Customer and will act as the Customer champion
