Job description10+ years in healthcare data governance or enterprise data management. Expertise in Change and Merge PACS / VNA data models, DICOM metadata, and HL7 integration. Strong experience in data quality and compliance management. Knowledge of enterprise master patient index (EMPI) best practices.
Summary
Oversees enterprise imaging data governance, lifecycle management, and compliance throughout the PACS migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish policies for imaging data quality, retention, and access.
- Manage master patient index (MPI) alignment across ministries.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with migration teams to ensure accurate and complete data transfer.
- Provide ongoing governance post-migration.
