Call is required : every 3rd weekend, possible

• All clinicians must badge in and out at facilityScrubs : Ceil Blue (provided)8hr shifts 7am to 330p. If anyone would be willing to just do 4 days a week that is what I would prefer but if not 7-330 Monday thru Friday. every 3 to 4 weekends of call and 1 to 2 days of a call per week. Weekend call is 330p on Friday until 7am on Sunday and week day call is 330p to 7a.General job duties. Types of procedures required. General Surgery : Lap Chole, Lap Appy, open and laparoscopic Hernias : inguinal, umbilical, ventral, port-a-cath, diagnostic lap, rectal procedures, etc. OB / GYN : vaginal, open, & lap-assisted hysterectomies, tubal ligations, hysteroscopies, c-sections, diagnostic laparoscopies Orthopedics : Knee Arthroscopy, Shoulder Arthroscopy, carpal tunnel, ulnar nerve release Podiatry : Bunionectomy, Arthrodesis, Osteotomy, amputation ENT : PE tubes, tonsil and adenoids GI : Colonoscopy and upper endoscopyEquipment utilized in the unit / dept.EPIC, Steris, sterrad, medivatorRequired skills and minimum years of experience.Minimum 2 years experienceSpecific licensures and certifications / registrations required. BLS Cancellation Policy : Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Charting System : Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR BSN Required : No License to Submit : Yes Trauma Level : CAH Care Setting : Acute Division : Shift Notes : Regular work week hours will be 7am to 330p. Call is required : every 3rd weekend, possible holiday call coverage, weekday call would be 2-3 days a week depending on weekend worked. Call hours begin at 330p until 7am and on weekends call would be Friday at 330p until 7am on Monday.
