Maple Farm Nursing Center offers an innovative model of short- and long-term skilled nursing within two warm and welcoming households situated on 66 acres in Akron, PA.

Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant

Department : Skilled Nursing

Status : FLEX / PRN

Schedule : All Shifts

Salary Range : Standard Flex / Pool starting at $23.50 / hr with opportunities for advanced Flex / Pool options at a premium rate of $25.50 / hr PLUS Shift Differentials!

What will I do in this role with Maple Farm Nursing?

As a C.N.A. , supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities :

Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed Nurse

Responsible for the safety of residents

Provide activities, programs and visits geared toward the interests and abilities of the residents

Assists with transporting residents to activities, events and as needed

Documentation in electronic medical record system.

What do I need for this role with Maple Farm Nursing?

Current and valid C.N.A. certification in PA

Knowledge of basic office equipment and electronic medical record systems
