Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive the creation, optimization, and management of automated marketing campaigns using Customer.io. You'll develop engaging touchpoints across our diverse user baseincluding reps, partners, and end customersto enhance onboarding, retention, engagement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize automated lifecycle marketing journeys within Customer.io.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify key touchpoints, ensuring timely and relevant communications to reps, retail partners, and customers.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Leverage segmentation, personalization, and data-driven insights to deliver targeted messaging across email, SMS, push notifications, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct regular A / B testing and performance assessments to continually refine marketing automation strategies.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Tech, and Sales teams to align lifecycle campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of lifecycle marketing flows, best practices, and learnings.
