Manufacturing Associate – Torrington, CT (Contract to Hire)

We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates / Production Workers / Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing company in Torrington.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll play a vital role in producing specialized system components. You’ll receive hands-on training and rotate through a variety of manual, semi-automated, and automated tasks with a strong focus on quality, precision, and teamwork. Cross-training across departments provides variety and the opportunity to expand your skills.

Schedule & Pay :

• 1st Shift : 7 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM | $18.00 / hr
• 2nd Shift : 3 : 30 PM – 11 : 30 PM | $19.80 / hr
• Training : All new hires will complete approx. 4 weeks of training on 1st shift (7 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM)
