Essential Job Functions

• Identifies process gaps. Recommends and implements process improvement.
• Meets with clients regularly. Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Establishes baseline requirements and implements application configuration
• Create SOP WI and Training Materials.
• Complete UAT for and with Operations.
• Use advance analytics to understand the business & drive continuous improvement
• Actively supports the sales process.
• Utilizes best tools and methods to support a variety of data analysis projects
• Effectively interacts with customers Sales and Operations to create value propositions.
• Liaison between functional groups Operations Sales Clients and other Engineers.
• Other duties as assigned
