A company is looking for a Product Support Representative - Tier 1 / Tier 2 (RCM / Billing / Healthcare / Clinical).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance to clients on EMR platforms
Develop knowledge in one of three core domains : Practice Management, Clinical, or Billing / Financial
Manage client cases effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
At least 2 years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment
High technical aptitude and proven client support skills
Medical / Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
Must be able to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule
