Our company a Seeking a FT Payroll & Benefits Coordinator for our Union, NJ offices. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and within a small group. Must we pro-active and possess great follow up and follow through skills. Must be dependable and reliable.
Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
- Capture weekly and bi-weekly timesheets
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll through COATS and send to payroll partner
- Follow up with employees / clients regarding timesheet approvals
- Manage user licenses in replicon (to include but not limited to advising when new licenses are needed)
- Set up new hire in payroll system (COATS)
- Set up new hires in Replicon timesheet system
- Prepare and send out weekly invoices
- Create and prepare backup files; distribute to clients, as required
- Obtain new PO #’s (clients specific), where applicable and in advance of a hire
- Keep roster of all PO numbers and update accordingly
- Send requests to add new clients to COATS to payroll partner in advance of upcoming payrolls
- Follow up with new hires to ensure understanding of payroll procedures
- Send out payroll memos and announcements
- Manage and handle payroll related inquiries and questions
- . Manage benefit allocations
- Create and send out rate letters, where required – client specific
- Pull and analyze bi-weekly AR reports (COATS)
- Follow up on open receivables with clients
- Create and manage payroll reports (e.g. utilization reports, detailed billing reports)
