The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist (In-House, Miami HQ) to drive creative direction and strategy across Nysonian’s portfolio of brands. This is a true in-house role — you’ll be based in our Miami headquarters. You'll drive creative direction and performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. This role is all about turning insights into bold creative that scales — developing innovative concepts, writing hooks and scripts, and building briefs that guide our designers, editors, and external creators.
You’ll live at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing : shaping scroll-stopping ideas, analyzing results, and doubling down on what works. You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Creative Strategist, CMO, and media buying team to deliver ad creative that fuels the growth of some of the fastest-scaling DTC brands in North America.
