Regional Sales Manager-West
In this exciting role, you will be part of an innovative Sales team, where a mix of internal knowledge and new external eyes comes together to deliver on business needs. The core responsibilities for this role are :
In this role you will be travelling 50% mostly in the Mid-West Region of the US. Location is Mid-West USA-this is a primarily Remote position but can be professionally located anywhere in region.

About You
For this role, we are looking for someone with more than 6 years of successful history in a high value sales management environment, preferably in the US market. Our Business Unit is advancing towards a growth journey and requires strategic thinking and a hunter's mentality.
You demonstrate strong decision-making skills, sometimes even in the face of uncertainty while keeping customer focus at the center.
Your true willingness to collaborate and solid leadership skills is of significant importance to us.
Your personality truly makes the difference! You are creative, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated and your professional style is based on creating trust through communication. Your communication skills in business English are well developed and you possess strong technical aptitude.
An Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering background and / or experience with industrial heating, electrification, or the semiconductor industries would be an asset. A driver's license is necessary for this position.
