We are now seeking a high-calibre technical salesperson to spearhead engagement with EPCs for our Conveyor Pro product line of conveyor components. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the tender process, strong technical grounding in conveyor systems, and the ability to build and convert high-value project opportunities.
About the Role
- Own and drive the EPC-focused sales strategy for Conveyor Pro
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with key stakeholders within EPC organisations
- Prepare and submit proposals and tender documents in line with client requirements and project timelines
- Collaborate internally with Procurement, Engineering and Product Specialists to craft compelling and competitive solutions
- Influence specifications and win packages early in project development stages
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and market feedback to inform broader sales and marketing initiatives
- May also be involved with other product lines depending on candidate experience and opportunities
About You
Proven experience working directly with (or for) EPCs in a sales, engineering or tendering capacityEstablished network within the EPC and major projects landscape across mining, bulk materials handling or industrial infrastructureStrong technical understanding of conveyors and their componentrySkilled in writing and managing tender submissions, proposals and estimatesStrong communicator with the ability to persuasively explain product benefits, navigate objections, and hold detailed technical conversations that align our offering with the client's project needs.Strong relationship building skillsHighly organised, with attention to detail and a drive for resultsAbility and willingness to attend regular local meetings (e.g. Perth CBD).
