The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Barnwell is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech

Position Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour (with benefits!)

If you have general maintenance knowledge , including electrical and plumbing experience, and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• General Maintenance Tasks : Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including painting resident rooms and other areas.
• Plumbing & Electrical : Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Material Movement : Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility as necessary.
• Emergency Response : Be available to respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.
• Supervision : Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
